New Academic Wing Plan

If the refferendum passess, Pennoyer's plan is to break ground in the fall of 2018 and the occupancy of the new space will occur during the 2019-20 academic year.

The proposed building features will include:

    • Multimedia spaces
    • Flexible spaces
  • STEM labs
  • Energy Efficient heating and cooling systems
  • Integrated building and classroom security 
  • Modern information technology infrastructure
  • ADA Accessible throughout
  • Drop off/pick up lane with smart technology and improved parking
  • Age appropriate outdoor play grounds
  • Cafeteria/Multi-purpose room 
  • Green Initiatives
  • Moving students away from Cumberland Ave
